Love and Hip-Hop has a newbie known as BK Brasco and a lot of things have been coming his way. In a recent interview onThe Domenick Nati Show BK Brasco is asked a few questions which helps us to finally gain some insight as to what’s been going on.
Brittany recently got arrested and BK was asked, “Do you know why she was arrested” he replies, “She told me she was sitting in the car and they asked her if she was drinking she then replied yes and then they took her to jail for DUI” he then added, “These cops don’t play.” BK was explaining how Brittany’s friend lost control of the car and went into a ditch. Brittany was not the driver but, her friend was. Brittany’s friend walked away, and Brittany sat in the driver seat waiting for the tow truck to come and that’s when cops arrived.
Since Bk is a new member of Love and Hip Hop, a lot of other members probably do not like him. In the interview he was asked, “Is there someone you may have problem with in the future,” BK replied “You got to keep watching because its going to get spicy,” he explained how when they yell, “Cut”…“He isn’t looking over his shoulder and doesn’t find anyone a threat.
Fans and of course members of Love and Hip Hop always have a person they don’t like. BK explains how he doesn’t like Karlie Redd. “She is always in people’s business and doing the messy stuff” he says and includes that she is just being a woman. He also mentioned another woman he doesn’t like “Keely” because she is going after his girlfriend. He states that he can definitely continue the show without these two messy females he explained.

Fizz is most popular for being a member of one of the hottest R&B boy bands of the late 90s to early 2000s, known as B2K. He is also currently part of the hit reality TV series, Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood. The artist has been busy these days and besides working on music and raising his adorable son, Kamron, with ex-girlfriend Moniece Slaughter, he has written a new book, No Excuses: Being The Father My Son Deserves, and Starrdom100 got word that he will be starring in a new film!
Earlier this year, Fizz sat down in his home in California for an exclusive interview with writer and producer Tanisha D. Davis of Starrdom100 to discuss his book and give details about his reason for writing the book.
The film is titled, ‘Out Of Bounds’and is produced by Comedian/Actor Brandon Scanavich. The film will also be under the direction of well known Actor Marc John Jefferies, who has appeared in a host of movies to include, Losing Isaiah, Get Rich Or Die Tryin, and recently Nerve.
The movie is about a high school senior basketball player by the name of Travis Elliot (Lil Fizz) who has hopes of one day playing college basketball and making it to the pro’s. However, circumstances reroute his plans, and he is no longer chasing a dream but running from a harsh reality! The film’s cast includes, Brandon Scanavich, Lil Fizz,Shalonda “SJ” Johnson and Bobby Humphrey Jr.
The film is set to release in the Summer of 2018 with filming beginning on January 22, 2018 in Memphis, TN. They are currently accepting submissions for roles and extras in the film. For interest, simply submit your head-shot to firstname.lastname@example.org.
This is going to be incredible to see Fizz in a leading role and he makes the perfect person for this role because he plays basketball in his spare time and is a huge supporter of his son who also plays basketball. Fizz last starred in the movie, ‘You Got Served’ back in 2004. On top of making his move on to the set for the film, word is that some B2K fans may be excited to discover that the group could be making a come back for another album! Last month, Fizz shared on his Instagram a hint to the other members, and a source told us that the group is currently waiting on just one more member to get on board for a possible reunion.
Whatever they decide to do, we are definitely here for a walk down memory lane.
Congratulations to Fizz on the new film, and Starrdom100’s own writer and producer Tanisha D. Davis will be tagging along to bring you exclusives live from the set when filming starts!

Things Get Heated Up Fast on The Season Premier of Growing Up Hip Hop ATL!
‘Growing Up Hip Hop Atlanta’, premiered on May 25 and Bow Wow caused a stir when he returned home, a place he once left to escape the dangerous drama. However, the real drama unfolded when his enemies showed up to his mix tape party… with guns. I’m still curious to know what went down prior to Bow Wow leaving ATL that has guys heated about him returning to the city.
The first season of GUHHATL had us on the edge of our seat on May 25. We were introduced to the young cast, who all happen to be connected through family, friendships or work. I will introduce you to all the cast in a few. The premiere was mainly centered on Bow Wow, aka Shad Moss. He’s the only one out of the entire cast that fled the ATL. I’m assuming that could be why people were not so excited about his return.
He claims to have left his hip hop home to escape the messy situations it causes; negative people, drama and dangerous situations. However, now, he’s back. Bow returns to his roots to appear at a party for his mixtape with Soulja Boy. But, his short stay in the ATL turns into long lectures and conversations with his father-figure and mentor, Jermaine Dupri and his sister-figure and other mentor, Da Brat.
During his visit, Bow goes through the ringer. He tells JD and Brat that he wants to create another album since he hasn’t put out anything since he had his daughter, Shai. He basically wants to create an album of confessions. Although JD and Brat want to work with him, they are hesitant because he lives in LA. So, they gave Bow an ultimatum. Stay in the ATL and make a hit record, or we don’t work with you. But, it was all in love. Brat stated it had been long overdue for Bow Wow to release an album and that him being out in LA away from them, “his family” had kept him distracted. Bow Wow however was unsure because he wants to remain in LA to continue being a full time father for his daughter.
Bow’s weariness about returning to the ATL full time is also due to his life back in LA. He’s admitted that he is not a relationship person. Nonetheless, he’s trying to work things out with his ex, and baby mama, Joie. But, his partying and player ways quickly take over when he touches down in the ATL.
The whole episode leads up to Bow’s mix tape party, where the entire cast is obviously invited and their individual drama unfolds. Bow Wow is celebrating and let’s add that Souljah Boy did not show up at the mix tape party. So when Bow’s old friends/current enemies show up, things quickly turn bad. He immediately gets his security and makes sure they have their guns on them. Guys are shown walking around with hoodies on throughout his party. Bow Wow starts making sure that his crew has guns to protect him and themselves and asks for someone to be by the door in case of a shootout. That’s when the episode ends and I don’t know about you but that left me on the edge of my seat. I’m still trying to see what Bow did to have these former friends showing up with guns.
The season premiere also centers around two best friends, Reginae Carter and Zonnique Pullins. Reginae — the daughter of Lil Wayne — and Zonnique — daughter of T.I. & Tiny — both find themselves entangled in their family’s drama when Wayne and T.I. decide to carry on a fight on social media. Which is a pretty big deal because the family is really close knit.
Long story short, Wayne did an interview where he made some controversial comments about the Black Lives Matter Movement. And, his good friend T.I., who happens to feel very strongly about the BLMM, wasn’t feeling what Wayne had to say.
Side Note: We all remember how that went down so it was interesting seeing it from the other side of the fence.
So, T.I. took to social media to bash him. When their daughters found out, although Reginae bit her tongue, they both agreed to stay out of it for the sake of friendship and family. However, after a sit down with her mother, Toya Wright, who encourages her to let the beef stay between adults, Reginae can’t contain the urge to protect her father so she snaps back at T.I. on social media. The episode also ends with Zonnique finding out about Reginae’s comments. Things on the show really are heating up in ATL and I’m ready for the next episode!
“I was like wait what….because I didn’t realize how extreme it was going to be, so I was in shock.” -Nakeisha Turk
Fox’s ‘Kicking & Screaming’ star Nakeisha Turk is a professional NBA cheerleader who delights in all things girly; from shopping, beauty and more. However she discovered that there was nothing girly about the jungles of Fiji, where Turk found herself dropped off, kicking and screaming, along with other cast members of the show. Turk was one of ten paired with ten survivalists in the Fox’s new reality show. At the end of the show, the winning pair receive a prize of 500,000. The eight week series premiered on March 9. Kontrol had the pleasure of getting some scoop on what the experience was like for her.
So how does a professional NBA cheerleader end up on a show like, ‘Kicking & Screaming’? Well Nakeisha states that the experience was definitely a huge difference for her because she enjoys the glitz and glam of life, while the jungles of Fiji were the exact opposite.
“I was actually found on Instagram by a casting agent, and the reason she was able to find me is because she discovered me in this magazine called Jezebel. She felt I had a cool back story and lifestyle, so that’s how she found me. I was then told about this show and what it entailed, and at first I was like no until she told me about how I would have a partner and we could win 500,000, and then I was like okay I’m interested.” She stated while laughing.
I mean who wouldn’t want to participate in the chances to win that amount of money. They can fly me out today for the show! Being dropped off in a jungle, has to be the wildest experience ever so we could only imagine what hit her mind when she landed along with others.
“I was like wait what, because I didn’t realize how extreme it was going to be so I was in shock.” -Nakeisha Turk
So after being dropped off in the middle of a jungle, I’m sure you all are wondering what some of her daily activities consisted of right?
“We slept on the ground literally, and our day consisted of mainly trying to find food, because you have to have food. We were looking for plants and we had our partners who were very experienced on what was edible and what was not. We looked for berries, and mainly anything that we could eat. That was most of the day, and we were always trying to find sticks and wood to keep our fire burning because our fire was the only source we had for making food and even staying warm. Sometimes we would have challenges and that was how you could get eliminated.”-Nakeisha Turk
Turk also shared that she had a really good partner to help through the experience.
“My partner was awesome, he was a sniper in Bagdad and he was part of the group who found Saddam Hussein. We bumped heads at times on the show, simply because he was so military and I was so girly.
However we managed to work together and do what we needed to do to survive”.
After experiencing the jungles of Fiji, Nakeisha felt that there was nothing she could not do in life, if she applied herself. She expressed that she was able to walk away from the experience with a very important life lesson, which we all could honestly take and apply to our daily lives.
“I really came back realizing just how lucky we all are. When you don’t have things, it’s like man I really need that. When I was focus on just surviving, I came back not really tripping on the little things. You come back with the mindset of like, if it’s not contributing to my success or to me personally, then it really doesn’t matter.”
We could definitely relate to that mindset, because we take so much for granted and we don’t realize until it’s gone, just how valuable it is. Nakeisha added,
“We are all so blessed and I feel a lot stronger as a person. I know now that I can take on anything. A lot of us say no to things and we’re really picky about what we want to eat, you know because we can be…but when you don’t have that option, you do what you have to do. So I feel tougher, and more confident in myself because I got the experience to do something that only twenty people in this world could say they did and survived it. I got to be on an awesome show, in an awesome country, so I’m very grateful for everything.”
Nakeisha truly went through an amazing, and challenging experience that not only helped her view life different but showed her she could take on whatever the world tossed her way. Be sure to check Nakeisha Turk out on this season of, ‘Kicking & Screaming’, and remember that you can survive anything even if you’re just a girly girl!
