ESPN has been teasing us with a Michael Jordan documentary. During the fleet of NBA games on Christmas, we finally got a sneak peek of the documentary. The Last Dance teaser trailer dropped and it was a pleasant surprise. The trailer covers some of the fascinating internal dynamics between Jordan and teammates Scottie Pippen and Dennis Rodman. The Last Dance takes a detailed look at Jordan and his meteoric rise to fame throughout the 90s when he was playing for the Chicago Bulls. The documentary is being pushed back to some time in 2020, but whenever it comes out it is guaranteed to get tons of attention!
According to TMZ Sports, Harden and his foundation took 70 children on a shopping spree Monday at a Target in Pearland, Texas. It’s unclear how much Harden spent on the endeavor, although TMZ reported the children received gift cards with a “couple hundred” dollars on them.
The children and their families received “Merry Christmas” shirts from Harden and his foundation, which benefits those in need.
It’s an annual event the Harden family has hosted for the past seven years he’s been with the team.
Stephen Curry, 30, is stepping into a new playing field which consists of producing films!
His focus is no longer divided now that his wife, Ayesha, is weeks away from delivering their third child and first son, Canon W. Jack Curry. “I actually thought the baby was going to be here yesterday,” he says, nervously patting the mobile phone inside the pocket of his UnderArmour sweatpants. “It was kind of a false alarm. But I’m on alert right now.”
Fatherhood isn’t the only matter far from the basketball court that’s getting more of Curry’s attention today. The afternoon will take him to offices he keeps in Oakland for another new feature of his postseason: development meetings. He announced in April that he was getting into the entertainment business by way of a wide-ranging dealbetween the production company he had formed, Unanimous Media, and Sony Pictures Entertainment. The All-Star guard sat down with Variety to talk at length about the details of his new venture, including several films already in development — just one part of an ambitious partnership that aims to extend as far as video games, virtual reality and consumer products. But films and TV are the focus of the deal, with concentrations in three core areas: faith, family and sports.
When Curry saw a few years ago what Lebron James and other athletes were starting to do in the entertainment space, he was intrigued. He turned to Jeron Smith, a former Nike brand manager and White House deputy director of digital strategy during the Obama administration, for guidance.
“As we talked about what he wanted to do with his brand and where he wanted to go, he landed on this North Star: Stephen wants to inspire as many people as possible,” says Smith. “There’s no more effective way to touch broad audiences and inspire as many people than with the sharing and dissemination of content globally.”
Pamela Y. Smith shook the media back in 2013 after she came forth and filed a paternity suit against former NBA legend Michael Jordan. Smith claimed he was the father of her 17-year-old son at the time. She demanded a DNA test, full custody and child support. Of course the courts did not work in her favor behind the accusations against the former NBA player. The paternity suit was dismissed alleging that Michael Jordan fathered her son, Grant Pierce Jordan Reynolds. Pamela Y. Smith was fined by an Atlanta court and accused of making false claims against the NBA Hall of Famer. For the first time in years she is finally speaking out about what happened with her prior relationship with Michael Jordan and the case.
On Wednesday, March 21, Pamela Y. Smith opened up to me about the entire experience.
How did you and Michael Jordan meet?
“We met in the late 1980’s ( full story on how we met is in the Book)”
Did Michael Jordan ever agree to the paternity test?
“The civil case was based on a Georgia statue and law, when it comes to a child being born, before birth automatically the parents through marriage is said to be the father. (not the biological father).”
Why do you feel he has been avoiding the paternity test?
“He avoided the test based on Money not the GA statue.”
How does your son feel about what has happened with the case thus far?
“My son felt Michael should have spoken up or at least acknowledged the relationship existed.”
Does your son want a relationship with Michael Jordan?
What are you in hopes of gaining from this case? Do you simply just want Michael Jordan to acknowledge his son?
“The book is about repairing the lie. Michael stated he did not have a relationship with me prior to his first marriage.”
How has this entire experience affected your life and your son’s life?
“It affects us based on the lie told but not the truth. In the end its his loss for not having a relationship with his son.”
Do you feel that due to Michael Jordan’s status that they are mistreating you with the handling of this case?
“Yes, because of his money and status, people assume he has power. So they would do anything for money even if it lies or damages the other person. That’s why in my book you can read the truth and see the proof. That’s the glory in it……”
“My book is my Memoir of the Love, Sex, and Power of my relationship with one of the Greatest Of All Time Basketball stars Michael J. Jordan. I believe we shared the journey of real love and friendship. A love that would last forever, yet never seen.” -Pamela Y. Smith
Pamela Y. Smith simply wants Michael Jordan to stop pretending the relationship never existed and to face the truth about his alleged son. In her new book Smith tells it all about her relationship with the NBA legend. You can get your copy of the book by clicking HERE.
I must admit her son looks just like Michael Jordan so hopefully he will just come forth and take the test and lay this matter to rest.

Lebron James is GQ‘s cover star this month, flooding the publication with snaps and a photos designed to shine the light on the athlete’s world view, legacy, athleticism and feelings towards the sport that has made him one of the greatest in the game…basketball.
When asked about his activism, Lebron stated,
“I think Ali represented something bigger than Ali. He wanted to make a change for a future without him included. That’s what Ali brought to the table. I don’t know what it’s like to live in every state in this country, but I know freedom. I know the opportunity that our country has given people, and to see the guy in charge now not understanding that is baffling to not only myself but to my friends and to the people that I’ve helped grow this country. But Muhammad Ali’s correlation to the war… I don’t think me and Donald Trump could ever get to that point.”
Lebron spends his off-season keeping a busy schedule, and laying the groundwork for future endeavors, which is helping to build his brand, Lebron Inc. He told GQ Magazine,
“It’s my responsibility. I believe that I was put here for a higher cause. We have people that have been in the higher positions that chose to do it and chose not to do it.”
Of course with his levels of success, many would wonder how he handles his ego, and he adds,
“I have people around me, for the most part, that have been around me for a long time. So when you’ve been around people for a long time, there’s no sugarcoating, there’s no trying to put you higher than what you should be, there’s no yes-men or -women, there’s no gas. It’s just straight-up, raw, uncut, unfiltered knowledge, truth, passion.”
LeBron James has been basketball’s best player for about 14 years. He not only scores on the court but manages to land major points off the court as well when it comes down to business.
