Late Monday, the Los Angeles Police Department identified Eric Holder, 29, of Los Angeles, as a suspect in the shooting, which injured two other people. He was last seen in a white 2016 Chevy Cruze.
Nipsey Hussle’s death was felt deeply in Crenshaw, the neighborhood where he grew up and maintained a regular presence after becoming a Grammy-nominated artist. His fans said he offered hope, advocated self-improvement and financially invested in the community, which has long struggled with violent crime. He opened a co-working space dedicated to increasing diversity in science, technology, engineering and mathematics, and planned to meet Monday with police officials to discuss ways to prevent gang violence.
His debut studio album, “Victory Lap,” was nominated for best rap album at the Grammys last year and debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard chart. He had two children, Kross and Emani.
Whew chile, Sammie is at it again, and this time causing some definite friction for the lovers in the bedroom with his latest single! The 31-year-old singer connected with rapper Lil Baby for a smooth track titled “Times 10.” In my MJ voice let me say, “you wanna be starting something”, and that is definitely what he has done, for the lovers of course. With over 20 years in the game, Sammie has always managed to keep the ladies mesmerized with his vocals and relate able music on experiences with love. This single takes me back, giving me 90s vibes, and I definitely feel this song will be on the playlist for every couple on Valentine’s night!
On the steamy track, he sings about reciprocating sexual acts with his love interest. “When you freakin’ me, baby, anything goes/But when you go down, I know you care and it shows/I’ll return the favor, baby, times ten…”
Honey Sammie out here just trying to let that future wifey know that he is not stingy in the bedroom!
Sammie took to Instagram recently to announce that in his forthcoming album, which will be dropping soon, he will be more open with us. He has always been pretty transparent in his music career, so it comes as no surprise.
“On my forthcoming album, I’m exposing myself. My triumphs, my losses. My lies, my infidelities, hell even me recently having my heart broken for the first time in my life….I was hurt while creating this album.”
I know ladies you are thinking after hearing “Times 10” it’s a bit hard to imagine Sammie having a broken heart, like who would want to break his heart?! After all, he is the first child star of the millennial which we all crushed over the years! Let that sink in.

In the mag, she revealed what transpired leading up to the moment she attempted to fight Nicki Minaj at the Harper’s Bazaar ‘Icons’ party earlier his year.
“For a while now she’s been taking a lot of shots at me,” she said of Minaj, jiggling her leg. “I spoke to her twice before, and we came to an understanding. But she kept it going.” Her breaking point came when she saw that Minaj had liked, and then unliked, a tweet disparaging Cardi’s mothering skills, something Minaj has denied. “I was going to make millions off my Bruno Mars tour, and I sacrificed that to stay with my daughter,” Cardi went on. “I love my daughter. I’m a good-ass fucking mom. So for somebody that don’t have a child to like that comment? So many people want to say that party wasn’t the time or the place, but I’m not going to catch another artist in the grocery store or down the block.”

Cardi B and Offset are trying to give Kulture a little privacy at the moment, which you can’t help but respect but of course you know we all ready to see their adorable baby!
According to reports, they’ve been offered hundreds of thousands of dollars for Kulture’s first photos!
“Sources close to Cardi tell TMZ … multiple magazines, websites and photo agencies have reached out with offers for Kulture’s first photo shoot. We’re told the offers have been in the $100k neighborhood or higher. Cardi and Offset have no desire to make a deal … yet. We’re told they won’t even consider it until their daughter’s at least 5 or 6 months old. Our sources say Cardi just wants to focus on being a mom and bonding with her baby. So, Kulture’s gonna be on the low, for now, but we also know she’s already living the high life.”
According to the New York Times, slain rapper XXXTentacion signed a $10 million contract with independent music company Empire Distribution.
Empire founder Ghazi Shami wouldn’t confirm the financials to the Times, but said that “a significant amount of material” for XXXTentacion’s third album has already been recorded. That music, however, likely won’t be heard until at least October, due to a previous contract.
The controversial rapper released “17,” his debut album, in August 2017, debuting at No. 2 on the Billboard Top 200. His follow-up, “?,” debuted at No. 1 on the top 200 this past March.
In May, Spotify announced that it would stop promoting XXXTentacion’s music, citing its Hate Content and Hateful Conduct policy; the rapper’s lengthy rap sheet includes robbery, assault with a deadly weapon, false imprisonment and aggravated battery of his pregnant girlfriend.
The music service eventually reinstated the problematic performer’s music on its playlists and XXXTentacion broke Taylor Swift’s single-day streaming record the day after he was shot and killed at a motorcycle dealership in Deerfield Beach, Fla.
In late June, 22-year-old Dedrick Devonshay Williams pleaded not guilty to charges including the first-degree murder of the rapper. Two other suspects are reportedly still being eyed by the Broward County Sheriff’s Office.
