Jason Weaver Talks Industry Life & More!

Exclusive Interview with our brand founder, Tanisha D. Davis for Sheen Magazine!

Jason Weaver is a familiar face that has grown up before our very own eyes. From having a music career to starring in shows such as “Brewster Place”, “Thea”, “Smart Guy”, and in movies like The Jacksons: An American Dream, ATL, Drumline and more, Weaver has had quite the productive life. While many of the ladies were fascinated by his charming looks and captured by his many personality traits on set, we missed the opportunity to truly learn more about the talented actor outside of the big screen. Now in his late 30s, he gives us a more in-depth look at his life coming up.

What were the pros and cons of starting out in the industry at such a young age?

“With the pros, I would honestly say that the real cool thing about starting off at a young age is being able to kind of pursue your passion or professional career young. A lot of people don’t really figure that out in life until later on. Fortunately for me, I was blessed with recognizing that passion early on, and having the proper support system around me to help facilitate that, and bring it to life. The only cons would be that with being so young in the industry, a lot of your peers at that age can’t really relate to you in a sense of like when you go out and do a movie or a show. So when you come home to be a regular kid again, sometimes I think the people around you may have a tendency to be more intimidated by that than you actually are, which kind of forces people to treat you a certain way because of their own insecurities.”

In the midst of acting, you also had a singing career. Do you see yourself in pursuit of releasing anymore music?

“You know what, it’s a lot of people who have asked me that lately and I may. If I release something, I really want it to be a representation of me and where I am right now as an artist, and a man. It’s just all about the right timing, and the right setting. It’s something I’m looking to entertain in the near future. Currently I’m just working on an animated series that I’m producing now, but over the next six months I may release a few songs.”

What was it like portraying the image of young Michael Jackson?

“That was one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. Having the opportunity to play an icon, and a legend like Michael Jackson, as well as to be able to work with his family, and have his approval of me playing him in that role, was an honor. It’s something that I will always look back on for the rest of my life, and really cherish. I’m grateful for the opportunity that God gave me in order to experience that.”

You are admired by a lot of women especially back in your teen years. How do you handle that attention now verses back then?

Image result for jason weaver on smart guy

“When you are a teenage young man, finding yourself out in the world, with young ladies that admire you and find you attractive, that’s gratifying. Any young man in that position would enjoy it and take it as it comes. I definitely had my fun as a young man but as I have gotten older, I realized that there is way more to life and way more to relationships with a woman than just hanging out with the fly chick just because she is throwing herself at you. As you grow out of that you search for things that are more meaningful when having a relationship with a woman.”

What are some qualities that you admire and look for in a woman?

“I really dig honesty, transparency, and just somebody who is a good person overall. Someone who is compassionate towards others and understanding. I’m not into shallow individuals. I like women who have a really strong sense of who they are, have their own self-identity, and are not really hung up on trying to fit societies mold. When dealing with someone like me, who is in the entertainment industry, you have to be really secure within yourself.”

Jason Weaver is such a phenomenal actor and with being a father he has changed a lot. His focus now is on setting a positive example for his son. I’m excited that he still has that heartfelt love for what he does which has helped to keep him standing strong in the industry over the years! Jeremy Hassell Talks Life Before the Fame & More!

JEREMY HASSELL PIC 4.jpg
JEREMY HASSELL

This handsome delightful charmer has not only mastered the gift of capturing hearts through media, but has proven himself to be the definition of never giving up on your dreams. Surviving the busy lifestyle of New York is a struggle for anyone who doesn’t have the connections needed for success. Hassell knew at a young age that anything you wished to obtain meant hard work, dedication towards what you desire, and preparation. Jeremy Hassell gained this level of determination from his big brother who he stated taught him the drive he needed to obtain anything that he put his mind to.

“I remember trying out for the basketball team and I didn’t make the team. I was sitting at home playing video games and my brother walks in. I tell him that I didn’t make the team. He states it’s because you were not good enough. My brother made me practice 365 days on my basketball skills and the following year I made the team.”

Hassell amazingly crazy personality, led to a female friend in London suggesting that he should be on television. The beautiful woman as Hassell called her advised him to submit a tape to MTV. It was after going through a casting for the Real World, that Jeremy realized although he didn’t make the cut, this was definitely something he wanted to make a career out of.

He knew that in order to obtain the career he desired, meant utilizing a strategy that would place him right in front of the producers of MTV!

 Jeremy Hassell rooftop.jpg
JEREMY HASSELL

“I started waiting tables, and I said let me get a job at a restaurant where I know all the MTV Producers go too, so they’ll see me and I’ll be in their mind.”

Well the strategy worked because Hassell later received a call from MTV asking him to come in for a special. The special to his surprise consisted of his first interview with the well-known Pop Star, Madonna!

Despite the few opportunities here and there to work on set when needed, Hassell continued to wait tables while planning a way to fully be able to live out his dream.

Jeremy was determined to grab the attention of MTV, so he began hosting every event in New York City for free to get his name out there. This proved that if you truly want something bad enough, then you will do what it takes to obtain it.

JEREMY HASSELL PIC 2.jpg

“I realized that in order to be great, you have to put the work in”, stated Hassell during the interview.

His determination created a buzz throughout New York City!

That buzz led to him gaining a regular spot on the television network known as FUSE. The exposure on set with FUSE, unbeknownst to Hassell was being viewed by producers at MTV! This led to him being offered his own show on MTV 2!

It’s not easy getting on the road to success and Hassell shared some very positive advice about the entertainment industry.

“If you choose to do entertainment or if the entertainment world chooses you; you have to accept all that comes with it. You’re not always going to get exactly what you want. But, what you will get if you go after it, is the experience to become the best version of yourself through all the highs and lows.”

Hassell went on to say that by telling his life journey and experiences, he wants to show people that it’s possible!

“Whatever you want is possible but it’s all about how you go about it.”

The determination he showcases is an inspiration to all who refuse to give up on their dreams. His experience has made him all the more grateful and delightful to all who encounter him.

“Every day I still wake up and thank God for the opportunities I have been given.”

Author Mya Kay Talks Book Collaboration With Nikko London & More!

unnamed

Author Mya Kay is a successful published author straight out of Philadelphia. Mya first pursued her dreams towards a career in film and television. Shortly thereafter, she was led by God to teach overseas. Her commitment to follow the vision placed within, soon lead to the successful June 2012 publication of her first book, Speechless: Short Stories. The blessings did not stop there as she later befriended award winning actress Terri J. Vaughn of the Steve Harvey Show. Vaughn was so impressed with Mya’s writing, she gave her the first book review and provided the venue for her first book signing!

So how did the talented author team up with Reality TV Star Nikko London of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta?

Kay stated,

“I have a publishing deal with The TMG Firm in New York and SD Green called me about working with Nikko.  We have an amazing publisher, SD is a really humble guy who just makes things happen! He just called me up and asked me if I was interested.”

It’s not every day you get a call with the opportunity to work with a celebrity on a book about their life. That’s what makes her life story so amazing. She has been faithfully in pursuit of what God has placed in her heart and the path for her just keeps growing.

In order to be successful with anything that you do, one must have the ability to produce great content for the readers. We asked Mya what she believes really helps her write a great book that translates to readers across any demographic.

Truth! There has to be some transparency and ambiguity. You can’t give everything away, but there has to be some truth. I believe that’s what makes a great book. Even in Fiction, which is what I write; readers need to be able to relate and see the truth in the storyline. That’s the foundation, being able to relate and empathize with the content on the pages. That way, they’ll have the ability to revert back to it again and again.”

You definitely have to deliver some form of truth when it comes to writing a successful book. Many readers such as myself like the idea of being able to find themselves in a book just as Mya stated. When readers can discover the truth in a book, then it’s a definite share to others who can relate to the story as well. With Nikko London releasing such a dynamic source of information about his life, we wanted to know how Mya felt her fans might relate to the book.

“For the ones who will read it, I think they will gain a perspective at how I can adjust from writing Fiction to Non-fiction. I feel the message in the story displays there is a great writer behind the story being told. With Nikko’s book, I further believe I’ve proven my versatile style of writing as a great story teller. Also, the readers will get a glimpse and understanding of who he is as a person beyond the image on television”.

For those that were tuned in to VH1’s Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta Season 2, we all remember some ill displays of Nikko London’s character. Mya Kay and Nikko London will provide us with a view of him in a different light and understanding the truth behind why some situations were left in the dark. Nikko London’s book is titled, S.E.A.L.: Sex, Entertainment & Lies, which independently states the two have collaborated on a project to give us the entire true story. It further states, this book will reveal the premise behind the unfavorable images perpetuated on the show. Even more, this story will also take us down a road to recognizing who Nikko London is and the struggles he has experienced that delivered him where he is today. Mya Kay has done an excellent job in pulling out the side of a man that remained behind a brick wall to protect his vulnerability.

We asked Mya Kay what she enjoyed most about working on the book with Nikko London.

“Making him become vulnerable….I appreciated how he allowed me to pull out his deepest secrets. Typically, men have up walls up and it’s often difficult to get them to divulge certain details of their story. I wanted to make sure he understood we needed to go beyond the three seasons of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta because that’s all we know about him. What I enjoyed most was being able to write a quality 60,000 word book. That takes a lot of work…that takes a lot of questions and a lot of information! As my first collaboration, I was blessed to have partnered with someone who has already made a name for himself. This was not an easy task. Mostly, because he lives in LA and I live in in Philly, so we had to work within the difference in time zones.”

The grind doesn’t stop there for Mya Kay!

Besides putting in work on a book with Nikko London, Mya has also been busy creating another soon to be hot seller!

“I am working on a collaboration with a celebrity mom. There’s also The Clover Chronicles: Battling Brelyn, which is very important to me. It’s my first book in a young adult series and I describe it as Empire meets 7th Heaven. It’s about a teen girl with lupus who meets a paralytic athlete. Here you have the dynamics of a boy who can’t feel pain and a young girl who complains about feeling pain. It’s like a parallel world, except her family is rich. Her body is now in control of her destiny, so you’re going to experience the entire journey. You’ll soon see how she uses her faith to overcome her fear of dying. I think the world has a focus on cancer. Sadly, there are many young African Americans with the almost hidden disease lupus, that are dying each day. I intend on highlighting the disease and I’m really excited about The Clover Chronicles: Battling Brelyn because there will be at least 3 or 4 books in the series.”

Every writer has a starting point and it’s often not where we all planned to begin. However, those instances can lead us to our gift. So, how did Mya get her leverage from being a writer to becoming a published author?

Mya states,

“I studied Journalism at Temple University and then I continued to Arcadia University for a Masters in Creative Writing. I was drawn to writing for children plays and it changed my life. I initially began as a Pre-Med major when I was an undergrad. When I decided to transition from a “guaranteed field” to an “artistic field”, I knew if I was going to do it I had to be all in. After I obtained my Masters, I later moved to Atlanta. While there I was pursuing my screen writing career and I wrote a book of short stories. That’s where it all began and it continued from there. A small short book called “Speechless” simply took me there.”

It’s always great to hear how writers such as Mya Kay began their start into the amazing field of writing. So many begin their pursuit into this field, but along the way tend to give up. We asked Mya what motivation she would give to those writers looking to be successful in the Literary industry.

Mya responded,

Write!

“It’s heartbreaking when I meet people who say they’re writers and fail to work at their craft. You should be doing something every day that involves writing. You could be studying a book about the craft or working on your grammar. I still go back and read Stomps Book on grammar because as a writer you never stop learning. As a screenwriter, I’m reading scripts all the time. You have to keep up with your craft. That is my sincerest advice. You have to read just as much as you write. Don’t concern and overwhelm yourself with being published. You may never get the big figure advance from a major publishing house, but you have to keep writing. It took me eight books before New York came knocking at my door. I had already received around eighty rejections from agencies in New York. If I had given up, I would have never been connected with SD and now have one of the best publishing deals you could ever imagine.”

Very powerful words of advice given straight forward from a talented writer who knows what it takes to be successful. How can you get ahead if you never work on perfecting your craft?! Besides delivering motivational speeches and attending event forums, we can definitely look forward to a lot more in the upcoming year from Author Mya Kay.

So what’s going on?

“To have three books being released on April 4, 2017 is probably historical. I don’t know anyone else who has done that. I’m really thankful and in another month or so we can discuss the third book. I have a lot of great speaking engagements going on. I’m also helping with building up African American Literature. My mom always had me at the library on Saturdays. Unfortunately, today kids do not have that option in many places. I want my fans to be supportive of the literature I write. I feel it’s important that kids have many things to inspire them. Not limited to only what they see on a daily basis.”

This is truly inspiring to hear from Mya because you seldomly hear authors concerned about the young readers of their literature. There are so many writers just interested in writing a bestselling book and without a care for the children. Writers with the mindset of Mya Kay are definitely ones you want to follow and most importantly, support!

Author Mya Kay went on to tell us what she enjoys most about writing.

“The reaction…being able to connect with people who you’ve never met, but can say you wrote the book for them. Even with Fiction, just hearing people say they’ve been touched by your book is heartwarming. There’s nothing more powerful than the written word!”

There is truly nothing more powerful than the written word because what you write becomes your legacy. It is something that will live on forever. We are so excited for Author Mya Kay and the many blessings that are flowing her way as she prepares for a triple book release next year! Working with celebrities like Nikko London and more is definitely the right start to an amazing year.

Mya Kay’s new releases will be everywhere books are sold on April 4, 2017. So, get ready to join in this historical move of God and get your copies!

SARA STOKES: RISING FROM THE BOTTOM UP TO THE TOP OF LIFE

“Right now I’m in a better place and I feel like I’m a Stronger Woman”

Actress Sara Stokes, is a woman truly on the rise in life despite her mishaps. You probably know her best from MTV’s extremely successful reality show ‘Making The Band 2 in 2002, and now in the hit television series From The Bottom Up,’ which is a collaboration by executive producer Queen Latifah and creator Nicci Gilbert.  Throughout the years, Sara has managed to keep herself quite busy with running marathons, getting her aesthetics license, acting in numerous movies, modeling, writing her biography, and raising her three beautiful children. Recently, Sara Stokes returned by making her second appearance on the show in Season 2 of BET’s reality series, ‘From The Bottom Up’, scheduled to air on Saturday, October 29 at 10p/9C. ‘From The Bottom Up’ is a six-episode docu-series following the journey of five women striving to change their lives, rebuild their families and live their dreams after falling from grace. Sara Stokes has been through a lot and took the time to sit down with Kontrol to share how she has continued to rise above it all in her career despite the negatives.

The television series ‘From The Bottom Up’ has really kept thousands of viewers on edge as it took us on a different path in reality TV by showcasing the harsh reality of being up one minute in life and down the next. For those that have been excited and patiently waiting to see what Sara Stokes is going to highlight for us this season, she gives us a little insight as to what we can expect to see and experience from her.

“I’m so excited, because the last season we left off with everyone showing what their bottom was and mines was super crazy because I was just coming out of jail and the cameras were right there. It was just so surreal. We kind of left with me rekindling things with my children, my family and doing the single “Sneak Peek” featuring BABS which is currently on ITunes, and now you guys are sitting back like okay what now? So this season is going to be more closure for me. You know I’m very transparent and honest because to me I feel like if things are going crazy in life and other stuff is surfacing and you are like what is happening here? Then maybe you need to get some closure and some counseling and just really find out what’s going on. So right now I’m in a better place and I feel like I’m a stronger woman and you’re definitely going to see a lot of self-healing in this season.”

Sara Stokes

Sara released her first single this summer titled, “Sneak Peek”, which featured former group member BABS (Making The Band 2). The hot single is currently available on ITunes for purchase. Later this year Sara plans to release an EP with all new music. The future for Sara looks very bright these days and we couldn’t help but ask what led to the inspiration behind one of her latest singles entitled, “Fragile Hearts”. The title itself, symbolizes such a powerful meaning, and is clear to be a representation of something that not just women can relate to, but something that everyone can say at some point in life may have discovered themselves, in a fragile state when it comes to matters of the heart.

‘Fragile Heart’ Available Now on ITunes

“I picked out this track because it just really spoke to me. You know as an artist when you hear something, you’re like okay that’s it!  Eric Campbell who wrote the song, I was actually with him a long time ago about 5 years and all of a sudden I was like let me call Eric and see what’s up, and of course he knows my story and everything I went through so I just started telling him from me being young, all the way up to older and letting him know what was going on and he just turned that into a song! I was like man you have captured my life in one song, it was amazing. It’s one of those songs that’s going to pull at your heart, it’s captivating and it is on ITunes.”

Sara Stokes

“I feel I have grown so much and I’m not where I was 10 or even 5 years ago. I feel like such a changed woman. I’m in a better place and I’m stronger. I’m figuring out life because I don’t feel as if anybody ever has it all together. I’m just showing the world that no matter what your bottom is, you can come out of it and you can still keep it moving and you can rise up and still conquer your dreams or whatever else may be. Even if it’s just being with your family and rekindling your relationship. Whatever your bottom was, you can come up!”

Music has truly been a highlight in the career path for the talented Sara Stokes and with the opportunity to come in as a television star on such a memorable TV hit series on MTV back in 2002, we couldn’t help but wonder if that appearance on the show, “Making The Band 2” lead to opening the doors in some way for her to successfully gain that leap into her music career.

“Well it influenced me a lot because it was the biggest show on MTV at that time. We made history with that show, having 3 seasons, and being around Diddy was like Wow I’m actually around somebody that I admire, listened to his music and looked up to him, and you know to be working with somebody so driven and smart and just crazy with the promoting side and business side was amazing. So I took that, watched how he did that and I took it in. Obviously til this day people still remember “Making the Band’. That right there was a definite bonus for me and the only thing that I feel like was a hindrance was the reality show fame. A lot of people felt like Oh she’s just a reality show individual, that’s all she is and she really is not a singer or have any other real talents, (laughing) and its plenty of talent over this way! But also that can be a plus to be on a reality show because that’s like the best promotion ever so it’s got its ups and its downs.”

Image result for sara stokes fragile heart
Sara Stokes

Stokes added that she still remains close in touch with former members from the show such as Dylan and former member BABS, who is featured on her single “Sneak Peeks”. With so much progress occurring in her life since the show, she has been blessed greatly to appear on ‘From The Bottom Up’. Sara spoke briefly on how she felt about being given the opportunity to work on the show with Nicci Gilbert.

“Nicci is just a longtime friend of mine, I worked with her a long time ago, probably more than 10 years ago and you know it just came back around where I was at a different time in my life and I was pretty much all over the place. A year went by and you just have that down season and she just happened to be doing a show. She was the creator of the show and my PR that I was working with Kenneth Robinson and Regina Daniels just spoke my name to her and she was like “Sara, Oh I love Sara”. Then you know TMZ plastered all over that I was in jail and it was just a blessing in disguise.”

“So even out of the dark there was light. The show was really based about real healing and showing women at their lowest. These were women who use to be in the lime light and were losing everything…to me it’s the best thing to show people, that you can still make it and you can still come up. I felt like this was a God given show to express to people that we all go through some junk but what are you going to do about it? You either going to stay down or you gone get up!”

Every person in life has been through a moment where they have been down and as Stokes stated we all must make a decision as to whether you will rise above it or let it get the best of you. Sara has truly found ways to stay above the darts that life has tossed her way and has some positive advice for any woman that has ever been down in life or at that bottom.

“I would say that you really have to get to the root of the problem while you are at that bottom you know. I feel like that was what I was missing while I was at that bottom. I felt like God had stopped me in my tracks and said the way you are going isn’t going to be good. While at the bottom, you need to realize what’s going on in your life and heal some things that have happened early on in life that may be surfacing. It’s just time to grow up some more because you don’t want to stay stagnant in the same thing…you want to be better. So I feel like you got to get that self-healing because it can be something that went on back in the day that you never got healing for. Also get counseling because so many think in the black community that it means you’re psychotic if you see a therapist. No that’s not the case…this is somebody that can structure your life who is not judging you and help you rise up from that state”.

Stokes feels that her children have been a true inspiration in helping mold her into the woman she is today. “I feel like it made me become more grown, and more wiser”. Sara has not allowed any of the negatives in her life to break her down nor stop her from continuing to pursue projects and plans to reveal a lot of her life in the latest season of, “From The Bottom Up”.

“I feel like it’s my time to speak my voice. Not just let the world say “Oh she’s crazy, she has done this and that”, and it’s over for her….no I really get to let them know through my own words…and that’s what I love so much. They can see who the real Sara Stokes is, from my family and everything I went through. It’s going to be some really big surprises on this show.”

“I never look at anything as if this is the worse and I might as well lay down and die, no I’m still here and as long as I keep fighting to get back up, then I’m going to be alright. The stuff in my past, made me who I am today.”

Be sure to keep up with Sara Stokes by tuning in to the second season premiere of, “From The Bottom Up” on Saturday, October 29,10p/9C. You can also check out her latest single, “Fragile Hearts” available now on ITUNES for purchase. Sara also has her own label, New Life Entertainment which she has been working on independently and its fire along. You can also check out her radio show on Playboy along with the release of her beauty book and skincare line! #KontrolKonversations: Southern Belle Turned Hollywood Darling, Ms. Taylor Spreitler

“I would like to just be known for making people laugh, helping people escape their everyday lives” -Taylor Spreitler

Taylor Spreitler is a talented young actress/model who is staying positive and exploring new ventures in her acting career. Spreitler has been quite busy this year with her role on the hit television comedy, “Kevin Can Wait” and now looks forward to her role in the upcoming horror film, “Amityville: The Awakening”. The young actress who was pretty much laidback during the interview, displayed her southern charm by telling us that she is simply into making others laugh and enjoying life! You can definitely tell that she is calm and confident about her career and making sure to enjoy every moment without stressing.

Kontrol had the opportunity to sit down and get to know more about Taylor Spreitler and what the actress has in store for the upcoming year.

It’s not often that any young woman can say they had the chance to star on the popular soap opera “Days of Our Lives”. For many of us who sat home and watched the soaps with our parents and grandparents, it was about the closest we would ever get to the actual set. We asked Taylor what the experience was like for her to star on such a popular television series.

“It was great, the fans were amazing! We would have these huge Days of Our Lives events where people would come that had started watching it with their grandparents and that was something that would last for generations. It was awesome!”

The multi-talented actress has definitely had a promising year and we were curious to know what projects fans could be sure to keep up with her in for the upcoming year.

“Well, ‘Kevin Can Wait’ is airing now up until early next year….I also have a movie called ‘Amityville the Awakening’ that is coming out in January.

In the comedy television series, ‘Kevin Can Wait’, Taylor plays the daughter (Kendra Gable) of Actor/Comedian Kevin James. The show is about (Kevin Gable), a newly retired police officer who looks forward to spending more quality time with his wife and three kids only to discover he faces much tougher challenges at home than he ever did on the streets. The show airs every Monday on the CBS network at 8/7c.

Horror fans all over can definitely get excited about Taylor’s upcoming role in the seventeenth installment of the Amityville saga, “Amityville: The Awakening”.

The movie depicts that when some footage dating back to 1976 is discovered, the case of the haunted house in Amityville is reopened. The film is scheduled to be released on January 6, 2017. Spreitler who plays a friend to the character Bella in the movie briefly expounded on the excitement of working on the set of the popular horror film.

“It was a lot of fun, I got to work with amazing people so it wasn’t really like work. I had a lot of fun shooting it and I’m just excited for people to be able to see it finally!”

With the actress starring in hit television series, we know that mainly every actor/actress has definitely made a list of some ideal actors who they would love to work beside. Spreitler happily responded, “I’ve been lucky on the show, ‘Kevin Can Wait’, with the people that I’ve worked with like Kevin James and Ray Romano. I’ve been pretty lucky to work with a lot of people who are on my list.”

While staying busy with her role on the television series and movie sets, Taylor states that her role on ‘Kevin Can Wait’ has definitely aided in her growth as an actress.

“Just doing comedies helped me out a lot, working with comedy geniuses, like right now Stand-up comedians such as, Kevin James, Gary Valentine, and Chris Roach…like I work with great amazing people so I feel like I’m constantly learning and that’s what I love about my job. You’re kind of always evolving.”

Being such an accomplished young actress, the media is always looking for ways to shine either some good light or bad light and Taylor expressed how it felt to be in the spotlight.

“The positives are that we are given this voice and this amazing platform where we can project things that we care about and things that are close to us…we have a broader reach. Everything you do in your personal life is out there for people to judge so that’s probably the hard part. Like my friends and I who grew up in this industry…We are kids and we make mistakes just as other kids but because we are broadcasted out there…we get scrutinized a lot for it.”

Those are areas that can often be tough for any actor who is working hard to keep the fans happy as well as build a prominent career for themselves.

Taylor shared with us that if she had the opportunity to change some things about this world then it would simply be to remove bullying from society. Whether you are an actor, a student or just a regular person trying to improve your life, Spreitler feels that bullying others is just not a cool thing to do.

“I mean I just wish people would accept people for their differences…just be nice.”

Spreitler went on to add that if she was ever to be remembered for anything in her acting career then it would simply be making people just laugh.

“I would like to just be known for making people laugh, helping people escape their everyday lives and just be able to sit down and laugh a little bit from something I did.”
